Kasa24 was born from frustration. Our founders — a group of property professionals, technologists, and everyday homeowners — watched as the UK property market became increasingly opaque, expensive, and inaccessible.

We set out to build something different: a platform where private sellers could reach buyers without paying extortionate agency fees, where estate agents could showcase their portfolio without corporate gatekeepers, and where every listing was safe, verified, and easy to find.

Today, Kasa24 serves thousands of homeowners and agencies across the United Kingdom — and we're just getting started.

Our Journey

2021
The Idea Sparks
Three frustrated homeowners and two estate agency veterans meet at a property conference in Manchester. The conversation that evening: why is listing a property still so complicated and expensive? The seed for Kasa24 is planted.
2022
Building in the Basement
The founding team raises initial funding and begins building. Over 14 months, the platform is tested with 50 real estate agents across Greater Manchester and the South East. Feedback shapes everything — the search experience, listing tools, and agency dashboard.
2023
Kasa24 Launches
Kasa24 officially opens its doors to the public. Within the first three months, over 400 properties are listed and more than 200 estate agencies register. The tagline "Welcome home. Safely." captures exactly what the platform stands for.
2024
Rapid Growth Across the UK
Kasa24 expands from a northern England focus to nationwide coverage. The platform crosses 5,000 active listings and 1,000 registered agencies. A Series A funding round closes successfully.
2025 — Today
The Platform Matures
With over 80,000 monthly visitors and 3,400 agencies, Kasa24 is one of the UK's fastest-growing property platforms. The focus now: deeper tools for agencies, AI-powered property matching, and continued commitment to safety and transparency.
